1997 Peugeot Boxer - brake lines?

Hi,

I just got an old Peugeot Boxer and the day after I drove it home, one of the 'rigid' brake lines broke while I was fixing the taillights and had a friend pressing the brake pedal. I was very lucky it didn't happen while driving...

I guess it would be a good idea to replace all the brake lines now.

Does anyone know what thread this Peugeot uses for connectors?

Does the diameter of the brake line matter? I see there are 4.7 mm and 6 mm brake lines available...
