Default My new car again again

I forgot to say how my car got attacked Parked in asda underground car park in rugby It was fine when we left it so i assume that a really nice polite person didn't have enough room to get in or out of the tiny tiny space that only a small artic could fit in. Of coarse i take full responsibility for parking my car in a parking space the size of Mars. It is all somy falt for having a car that is errrrr was immaculate. my mistake for trying to better mine and better halfs style of life Who do i think i am thinking that we could have such nice things. Just noticed im going on a bit sory anyway short of it is some twat drove there car through mine then kept going

The shop won't accept any liability for this whatsoever and doubt they would supply any CCTV either... data protection, security use only, etc, etc

I had the rear bumper of my 306 smacked in a Tesco's car park - car next to me obviously couldn't reverse out of the space properly and swiped the bumper leaving a big crack and paint marks

I am always careful, well fussy to be honest, where I park now.

I know how you feel mate

Well if the damage is substantial, then you can report them to the police, who will then request CCTV.

And do you think the Police would really be that interested Jazz??

I can't really see them doing much to be honest, a crime number if you're lucky.

Well the way this lad is bigging up the damage I'd probably phone the police and report criminal damage. They should be interested as that is what we pay tax for.

From experience the police will only give a crime number and inform insurence company which will up the cost of insurance and id still be liable for damage to my car because of no 3rd party but thank you all for your input and yes it is a bad dent and scrap one that will only be corrected by a new wing and a bumper rubber at a cost of around 220 pounds
