Peugeot 307 2005 but on private plate which will come with car.

My turbo Failed so i bought another turbo and fitted it,but now the car lacks any power,although it drives its just slow..the more u drive it the quicker it seems to get,i think either the turbo has failed again or maybe ive missed something.The car will not rev over3k and wont go over 50mph! The engine light comes on sometimes and sometimes it doesnt, The bonnet has a few scracthes but overall the body is in good condition.

Check that the Vacuum pipe is attached to the actuator on the turbo, u should be able to see actuator move if sombody revs engine above 2500 rpm while u watch turbo Turbo should kick in and build boost above 2000 rpm , Normal boost pressure is 2 bar or more
