Default Peugeot 307 110 HDI GLX For Sale

Hi all,

She's up on Gumtree but I thought I'd do with sticking her up on here!

Before the pics come, you should know it's a former Cat C (all cosmetic - if you read the threads about the rocks). Went through VIC in 5 mins.

Mechanically sound, with:

Timing belt 15k miles ago
Solid Clutch just recently done
Full Service history
Full service recently done
K&N air filter, just the standard one like.

My additions:
Footwell LEDs
MFD LEDs
Climate Control LEDs
Dashboard LEDs
(Above all red - fuel gauge and temp gauge white)
Interior light Red
Also resprayed the plastic trim red.
Pioneer head unit with MP3/USB/CD & works with steering stalk controls
Cubby hole to replace CD changer
Window Tints

Only problems:
Fuel gauge needle isn't working - I bought the car like that, it's deffo not sender as I paid 2 hours labour to a garage who said it's not the sender!!
Missing Drivers side armrest

Absolutely no other faults that I'm aware of, and I'd tell you all

Reason for sale is because my insurance has 2 months left and I get my 4th year no claims. The insurance company sent me a letter saying they'd cancel my insurance if I didn't change car (As they don't cover Cat C).

I didn't want to change insurance companys and waste a years no claims. But I did get a quote elsewhere and it's £1500 for a 20 year old with 3 points and a claim, which isn't too bad.

I am going to miss her so much, especially since the lucky buyer is going to have a good few years trouble free motoring from her!

I'm driving a crappy Punto at the moment and need this car to sell so I can buy another, so price is £1350 or very nearest offer.

Even with former Cat C status this car is worth much more. And if you think about it, would you have this at former Cat C (knowing it was dents in panels but drives perfectly) or go get a HPI clear one with DMF/FAP scares?

I have had no FAP problems and like I said, DMF swapped for solid conversion.

pictures are as follows:

Went down like a sack of bricks

Just in case anybody is curious, Cat C cars won't increase your premium (apparently - we'll let someone like Pete verify this) - it's just some insurance companies don't cover them.
