Here is my 1999 ‘T’ Peugeot 306 Rallye
With only 500 rallye’s made, with only 200 being cherry red, they were a very limited run. Sharing the same chassis and engine as the 306 GTI-6, the Rallye is a stripped down version with wind down windows, no air-con, less sound deadening and a few other weight saving options. I have had this car around 8 months and it has been a great car to own. The engine is fantastic, has grunt from low down all the way through the rev range and has an awesome engine note. 0-60 comes around in about 6.8 seconds, so is no slouch and will upset most modern cars. With the 6 speed gearbox, the car is willing in any gear and allows the car to cruise in 6th gear from as low as 40mph! Since I have had the car it has had the following things done All wheels balanced and four wheel alignment at elite in Rainham, Essex New MAP sensor 2 New Toyo T1R’s (Has the same on front also with loads of tread) Full machine polish using the 3M range of polished to bring the car back to its glorious red, followed by a good few coats of JETSEAL 109!!) All New Rallye Decals Powerflow Cat-back exhaust system (not too loud, but sounds very nice when on song) Lower Ball Joints replaced Oil and filter change just last weekend with genuine Peugeot parts including Total oil! All new window wipers all round with whole new rear assembly from Peugeot When I bought the car I wanted something which had a good history with it and this one certainly does. As seen in the pictures I have stacks of History. I have MOT’s dating back to 2005 Just before I bought the car, in April 2010 when the car was on 95000 miles, the car had the head stripped down, rebuilt and all new cambelt and waterpump with a bill for £1295!! It has also had the radiator changed to, so all common faults which tend to fail on these cars have been already sorted. I have all receipts for these and these were carried out at Horsepower Motor Centre LTD in Tonbridge, Kent The car also had a Sigma alarm fitted, as the original Rallye had no alarm. I have also had another fob programmed to the car, so you have 2 fobs for the alarm, aswell as 2 keys for the car. This really is a nice example and has been a pleasure to own in the time that I have had it. It has never seen a trackday and the engine is always warmed up as is the oil (to 90 degrees) before the car is opened up The only modifications this car has are: Powerflow Exhaust Drilled/Grooved Front brakes with greenstuff pads (I have found these to be a good setup on the road, nice and firm but offering very good braking) A few niggly points: As seen in the picture, the front bumper has a piece missing where the previous owner hit a badger! However I have another cherry red undamaged bumper which will go with the car. The wheels are original and have began to bubble slightly, however there are very few marks on them, and could benefit from a refurb The drivers seat has been stitched up on the side on a very small part. The seats however are in fantastic condition with no wear on them or the bolsters! The car has a few stone chips, small dents, and very very light scratches. It is a 12 year old car and really shines due to being polished, and I believe you would be hard pressed to find one in as good condition! The car is sitting on around 100,600 miles which is relatively low for the age of the car, and with most parts replaced over the past few years, the engine has a lot of life left in it! It wont increase much as the car is only used at the weekends! I am looking for £1900 or very near offer. The car is taxed until January next year and the MOT expires on May 5th 2011. It is currently on a private plate which is in the process of being transferred. NOTE. The car is booked in for an MOT on the 6th of April, so will have a years MOT with it aswell! Any questions please feel free to ask! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() MORE PICS ARE AVAILABLE!! |

Hi
I am looking for a Peugeot 306 Rallye and this one seems is a good one to consider. I would like to know how many previous owners and what is the reason you sell the car for only using it for 8 months. Please advice. Thanks |
