Default PEUGEOT 306, Diesel TURBO,WHITE, LEATHER SEATS (GTI 6),QUICK SALE!! (1998)

listing on pistonhead.com : Peugeot : PEUGEOT 306, Diesel TURBO,WHITE, LEATHER SEATS (GTI 6),QUICK SALE!!

I am selling my white 306 d turbo (1905cc) as following redundancy I cannot afford to run it any longer.
The car runs great and would be perfect as a first car or for someone who is interested in 306 models.

Car has full leather / suede seats from a 306 GTI 6, I paid £300 for these seats and are in really good condition with very minor wear on the driver side (as seen in picture).

Car has been looked after and is lowered on 40mm lowering springs, as you can tell from the photos the badge has been smoothed off front and rear, with the rear window wiper taken out.

There is a boot release button beside the steering wheel.

The front bumper is blue because it was stolen whilst parked outside my house, I have tins of white paint to go with the car (I didnt want to do a rubbish job).

Open to offers, quick sale needed as I am out of work currently.

** PLEASE NOTE THIS VEHICLE HAS NO MOT OR ROAD TAX AS NOT BEEN USED SINCE I WAS MADE REDUNDANT (END OF JULY 11) I COULD'NT AFFORD TO RUN - YOU'RE WELCOME TO CALL ME ABOUT ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE**

Personally, I think you're asking too much for it!
A car of that age, and condition, with 150k on the clock isn't going to sell for £1,000 without Tax or MOT.
Think you may need to reconsider your price if you're after a "quick sale" (there are a number of them on AutoTrader for £500-£700, with an MOT and less mileage)

I'm after a 306 diesel as a second car for the missus and am also quite close to you, but I have to admit that with that mileage and with no MOT and a blue bumper you're not going to get anything more than £300.

Autotrader and Ebay are awash with 100,000+ mile diesel Pugs, many with tax and a full years MOT and they only fetch in the £450 region.

The seats will attract a Pug enthusiast, but the rest of the car just wouldn't turn their head.

One to watch to gauge prices:

Hi Gibbo,

It runs fine so i don't think it will need anything doing to it, I just never got the mot done because with being out of work I couldn't afford to to tax or insure it you see.

I could get it MOT'd if your interested..

thanks,
Paul

Arrgh, just noticed it has no rear wipe! That's the biggest gripe in my 407!

Right I see, I didn't encounter any problems with it myself as its a small car.
