If this is the same d turbo as mine it should have cruise.....does it have the stick....mine was the same, as in it didn't have cruise....i bought planet and found that it was deactivated in planet....i turned it on...it works a treat....for the record if its the same as mine it doesn't have a visual on the dash relating to speed...you just do it with the stalk....
