Hi Guys. just bought a boxer motorhome 2.2 hdi 100bhp 2010 and got 3500 miles on the clock,before I had a ford transit van 2.2 140 bhp. the boxer as less grunt, thinking of remapping , any advise or feedback would be welcome, looking at forums and WOW seem to do a remap up to about 126 bhp ? thanks

thanks for the advise, I take it mucking about with the ecu will increase stress etc on the engine ?

Exactly. that Ford engine wouldn't be the strongest. It gives a good bit of grief in the transits.

Probably the only situation where a tuning box or a remap makes any real sense (well under powered in standard tune). Go for it!
