Default 206 hdi 110 feels slower after Fault Code clearance, new clutch + pipercross filter

I recently had my car remapped (206 1.6hdi 110) to take the power from 110bhp/173lbft to 138bhp/218lbft.

The clutch started slipping in 4th quite badly - the car has only done 45,000, which suprised me (I've only had the car for 5,000 miles).

Took the car to AMD (the company that did my remap) for a clutch change, and asked that they fit a Pipercross air filter in for good measure. AMD had to clear some fault codes that popped up after they reconnected the battery.

The guy at AMD said that my car will feel flatter for a while.

After almost 100 miles, my car still feels terribly slow (slower than it did pre-remap for sure). It feels like there's barely any torque, and the car pulls like a slow revving petrol (e.g. picks up slowly in a diesel fashion, but gets stronger (albeit not strong) towards the upper revs).

Has anyone experienced this or know what could be wrong?

When the guy says 'flatter for a while' - how long is a while?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Adam

That was my initial thought:s since I don't know much mechanically, I just trusted them.

They're a good professional bunch.

Do you think that the extra air flow from the filter is causing the problems? Like, messing up the air/fuel mixture they optimised when the remap was initially done?

Cheers
