War Horse (2011) - IMDb

just managed to get hold of a dvd quality copy of this...

my opinion is that this easily gets 8 out 10. its a good movie, spielberg back at his best after the latest string of terrible movies. you can clearly tell the time and effort was put into the story of this film and depicts the world war on both sides in a very good way.

there was a few famous faces that i recognised but couldnt say from where and names. one scene got me laughing is when the german and english lad met in no mans land and the german says "you can keep the cutters to remind you of your handsome german friend" and the lad turns and says "aii, when im tending to the garden back in south shields...keep your head down pete"

you have to see to make sense

i would definitely recommend a viewing on this...although a word of warning, this movie is an emotional roller-coaster, some scenes i was like "class, shoot that nazi mofo" then the next i was like damn you, why are you trying to make me cry

like i say overall a good movie...

i thought the movie was pretty good and deserved my time of a small review...

as for warhorse.... abit long winded for me but 7/10 is fair i think
