Ebay favour required

Could someone do me a favour and ask a question to the seller of this auction:

1994 HONDA FIREBLADE CBR 900 RR CBR900 | eBay

I bought a stereo from him last week and it was a pile of crap, nothing like the photo and missing loads of stuff.

He's not replying, Ebay have opened up a case last week, but I'm curious to see if he's deliberately ignoring us both and will respond to a query about the bike.

The guy used a stock picture, but in a question someone asked he clearly stated "its as good as new just what you see in the picture, no box as my mums husband had it in his car for a few months. perfect workiong order and no marks at all"

The stereo arrived balled up in a thick plastic bag and then wrapped in what looks like a pink gift bag.

The stereo was missing the front bezel, wiring loom and fitting cage. It also has marks all over the front screen.

Open an ebay dispute - item not as described: Resolution Centre - eBay

You'll need to return the item for a paypal refund. USE A SERVICE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER!!! You most likely won't get your return postage cost covered in the refund - it's limited to what you originally paid.

Otherwise he can say he never received it back, and you don't get your money.

Oh, and don't forget to leave negative feedback.

There's a way on ebay that if you have completed a transaction with this fella, you can request his contact details...it gives you his registered phone number and address...just request them and ring his phone...alternatively go knock his door and say 'oi'.....
