Default Dhl??????

Bought another piece of Diagnostic`s from China ,DHL phone today you need to pay £9 on customs so they give me a ref number and the payment line , well talk about crap , no-one to answer a call and the online website for payment doesn`t work , utter unprofessional company

I've had those phone calls from DHL a few times. It is a bit worrying at first i thought it could be a scam. I agree i thought it was very unprofessional also, although once i paid each time the delivery has been pretty fast.

Any interesting diagnostics?

go to your local dhl office, where your parcel is located and pay customs there...done it a few times at mine in team valley
