Who has used lexia3 before?

I mean to buy a lexia3.
But there is still some questions.
I want to know if this tool can programming keys
(peugeot and citroen).
If you know well about it,tell me please.

If you have the Transponder Codes for the car you want to programme keys then yes , Lexia/PP2000 is what you want
