transmission line pressure (oil pressure)

Hi Expert,
I just bought pug 406 ST (2002) 2L automatic car and it has done only 70k. On my journey end after 400 km riding, the car is not moving as a press the accelerator. (same situation where you are in the neutral gear and do acceleration). When i restart the ignition the problem getting solved for another 20-30m and again same issue came up.

I am not getting any error message on the display. When i diognastic with the pug planet software, no erros are giving. But i can see the auto transmission line pressure (oil pressure) getting low from 2.7 to 0.25 lbs. This is only problem i am seeing on the computer kit.

Is this problem of valve body or pressure pump?

Has anybody faced such a issue and what has done to recover it?

Just resetting the ecu will solve the issue?
