Angry Pullled plug off Coilpack now EML on

Hi There. First post so please bear with me.
Daughters 206 (auto) has occasionally been cutting out on idle when cold, with Engine management light comming on.Switching off, into park, restart ok
Had problems before on other cars with Idle valve sticking, and with a bit of research the 206 can have the same problem
Took the valve off this morning and although a bit grubby seemed ok, bit of a clean with electro clean spray and put it back. Restarted the engine and whilst running decided to pull on a few connections to see if the engiine stopped. The one to the coilpack came out rarther easy the engine stopped alright and now showing the engine management light, which wouldnt clear when restarting the engine Tried disconnecting the battery (using the precautions advised) left for half an hour and reconnected again window open 10secs lights on etc. Every thing seems ok bar the light is still on. Is there anyway I can clear it other than taking it to a dealer (north wales based) Probably not found the initial fault and made a new one of my own

Stubbo in Crewe seems to be the nearest on the map

Cheers

Just take the car for a good drive. It will clear after a few start/stops.
