pp2000 question

Hi,
I have pp2000.
Can access the car (206cc) with no problems.
I am trying to activate the cd changer option so I can use a ipod connector, that plugs straight into the back of the current RD3 head unit.
When i get to the menu that asks me to confirm the presence of a cd changer, there is a warning that says the ECU for the cd changer is from a 307, and do i wish to proceed regardless...

before screwing something up, can anyone tell me if this is a problem or not?

Or, if there is another part screen within the software that activates the changer port without asking what it is....?
