I have had problems with the particulate matter filter. It has been cleaned using a power wash and all seems ok. Now we find that a container located behind the back wheel is cracked and leaking oil. I was told its purpose is to clean the filter.
Can this be fixed? or has to be replaced? What is the name of this container? Thanks Daren |

I would call it the Eloys container , you need a new one then it filled and counters reset using Diagnostic ,
did you change setting for new filter after washing it out? |

The only thing done is clean particulate filter, no settings have changed. Once the mechanic cleaned it all dash warnings turned off. Then we noticed the dpf tank leaking. Can this be fixed? Does a new one cost a bomb?
