light on dashboard stays on? - 206 gti 2001

Yellow light at top left of dash that has a symbol of 2 passengers wearing seatbelts and side airbags (i think)

It is to the left of the airbag light and comes on and goes off when i start the engine but comes back on and stays on

heres a pic to show the light at top left but couldnt focus the camera

Any help/info appreciated thanks

p.s. ive tried to post this twice in 206 section but it keeps disapearing - apologies if it turns up and i have loads of threads
