Default Installing PP2000

I have installed PP2000 lexia 3. Now when i plug in the usb code reader to the pc windows recognizes that it is new hardware, then i try to install the drivers needed from the cd disk. Half way through doing so it asks me to use a different cd called actia. It seems that i need the actia USB comms board multi instance driver. I have looked around and i am struggling to find it. Help please, once i have the system working i will use it to help others

Is it a Lexia interface or just a ordinary cable?

Did you follow the instructions at Peugeot Planet Installation, Activation and Updating Manuals , and in particular the step relating to shutdown computer, plug in usb, and then switch back on?
I followed these to the letter, and all worked OK.

That driver is for your computers USB ports and nothing to do with PP.
But then the solution can be found here USB Com Board Driver ( Multi-instance ) - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
