Help!! brake dics

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help?, my father is currently changing my Brothers Brake discs and pads on is 2003 206. The passenger side was textbook and were changed, unfortunatley the drivers side is completeley different!, Apparently the disc looks like it has an integral nut?.

We have searched books and the internet to no avail, can anyone help?

they should be the same on both sides unless someone has changed the hub from a newer or older 206
