kevbeans Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 1	Gear lever play Hi guys, just joined the forum as i just picked up a 1.4 hdi 55 plate 206 van. Its not perfect and has a few faults but hopefully nothing major. The main one i want to ask about is gear lever play. There seems to be a lot of play in the lever when the car is in gear. Is it a matter of taking it into the garage to have bushes replaced and linkage adjusted. Its not something I've ever had done before so don't know if its a big or expensive job.
