First Post Please Help me with Sedre Backup

I install Today on a very clean Win XP 32 bit SP3 Peugeot DocBackup an Sedre Backup.
All goes well and Docbackup works fine but whe i StartSEDRE Backup i see the Icon in Taskbar the is the Message that sedre is ready but when i push the Button there is nothing when i click open new Window there is nothing!!

I use Internetexplorer 8, Popupblocker is permanently deactivated, SVG Viewer is installed and work.
I have german Win XP Country at installation is AT and Language is German.

DocBackup works fine Sedre Starts i see it in Taskbar but he dont open a Window.

There is no Virusscan installed i use the computer only for diagnostic


please Help me.

in the meantime i make a downgrade vom IE8 to IE7 but it has brought no success
