Default Exhaust fell off and now no power :(

So the story goes im on my way to work and i get a call from my other half who was dropping a friend off at work to say the exhaust had fallen of her 53 plate 206 luckly it was abled to be towed home by her recovery service to our house.

She had the hazard lights without the car running and more than likely the radio too

The Exhaust is an easy fix as its just the pipe behind the cat that has slipped out of the pipe coming from the back box. But there is almost no electrics at all when the key is turnt and a very faint ticking noise coming from what sounds like behind the dash on the drivers side. A few dash lights come on which are handbrake, engine, fuel, and the digital odometer reads 5900 with a spanner next to it then changes to total miles driven.

Central locking is not working along with wipers and no external lights apart from very dim side lights

Havent had a chance to check it all over, but could this be that the battery is just flat. Have taken the day off work today to have a look around and see if i can get this fixed as she is due to have our first child monday next week and i dont fancy taking her to the hospital on the back of my bike

thanks in advanced

Exclamation disconnect the battery before chargeing it

and then you have to reset the radio code.

The one peugeot vehicle I had most is the 206. We had one and all it was a money pit!
