Default button on left indicator stalk?

Please excuse me if i am clogging the forum.

I wondered if any one knows the purpose of the button on the left indicator stalk?

The same as the one of the right stalk that lets you select fuel/ trip ometre? but on the left side.

There is a definate 'button' that presses in.

Just wondered if it had a purpose or if it was 'cruise control' link?

Thank you in advance

I know i am wrong but it almost seems as it could be a 'resume' button for the cruise control. Thats said if there was a resume button it would be on the 'cruise' stalk....

Maybe,,, just maybe its nitros
