Anywhere that repairs peugeot parts?

This may sound like a daft question, but does anyone know of anywhere that can repair/overhaul expensive pug parts?

I have just replaced the sliding door motor on my 807 at a cost of £570. I would like to get the old one repaired and sell it again to recoup my losses.
It seems like such a waste to throw it away when there is probably very little wrong with it.
