Adjusting rear brake shoes 207

Hi ive just bought a peugeot 207 1.4 hdi its had new brakes fitted in nov 2010. The handbrake is through the roof. Can anyone help on how to adjust it.

I think you need to pull out the rear ashtray of the centre console and the adjusters are under there.
