308 air con data

Was in work last night and as one of our mechanics has just done the aircon course i thought it would be a good time to get mine re-gassed as its not the best. Problem came when we couldn't find the sticker that should tell us how much gas is needed to refill the system. So question is, does anyone know where i can find this info or has anyone got a 59 plate 308 diesel sport with an aircon sticker under their bonnet?
Hope this is posted in the right place as its my first post.
