Default 307 sw 110 hdi won't start help

Hi my 307 sw 110 hdi won't start. I have replaced the glow plugs, fuel filter and battery. Have also tested electrics which are fine. Has anyone got any ideas what to check next or know how to obtain workshop manual.
Cheers Mick

Bit more info........
Does it turn over?
Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you first turn ignition on?
Has it got an immobiliser?

Ideally you want to have a look at the 'peugeot planet map' thread and find someone local to you who will plug it into the diagnostics to get a better idea of what is going on.

If you're oldskool like me and feel the need to fiddle incase it's something simple, then first check you're getting fuel to the fuel rail.
Also worth whipping out the fuel fiter and checking that.

Other thing that may be worth doing is the bis reset (do a search on here) as i think once the battery has been disconnected, things like c/locking, windows and maybe immobiliser need resetting (could be wrong though!)

Should be self bleeding, but check there is no priming bulb or bleed screw on the side of it
