206 front passenger seat

Hi all
New to the Forum and hope someone can help with my problem.
I have a 52 reg 206 3 door and the front pass seat when pulling the handle for the passengers to get in the back the seat wont slide forward, although it does tilt.
Anyone help please

This doesnt help but mine does the same thing i will have a look at it tomorrow
if i get a chance i think the cable may not be releasing a catch to allow the seat to move.

I will let you know what i find if anything.

I had a look today but could not get mine to work the lever on the drivers side is connected by a rod to the lever on the passenger side and they both pull a cable. Mine did this but doesn't slide the seat forward i think it maybe a seat out job to repair...

Its out of gear on one side. You need someone who knows how to fix this problem. There is a way but hard to explain.
