Apeman Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2011 Posts: 1	206 Engine missfires when restarted I have a 206 1.4 on a T plate, I have only recently bought it. It now seems to cough and splutter but only when hot, after it has been stopped for 10-15 mins. The coughing doesn't seem to go away as the engine warms up again. Once it has cooled for and hour it is ok again. It is obviously temperature related as it is worse in cold weather. The temp gauge also only gets to 70 degrees!
