Default 1.6 HDI Fuel Filterl

I have changed my fuel filter but the car wont start. I have cranked the engine a few times and I have turned the ignition on and off half a dozen times to prime the filter but it still wont start. Help please!

Also the car is in 'economy mode ' now and I can't close the front, electrically controlled windows.

Isn't there a primer bulb and air bleed on filter housing?
like on the 407's

Thanks - all sorted now. I found the primer bulb and squeezed that a few tomes - still no luck, then filled the new filter with diesel and swueezed the bilb. That did the trick!

You have to prime AND bleed it.
