Hi i am in need of the cheapest place to get a nearside front shock absorber for peugeot 307 1.6 diesel HDI 90 on 55 plate (2006). Mine had a slightly reduced damping effect on the last M.O.T and will probably need replacing for the next M.O.T at the end of month. Any comments and ideas are welcome please!!

could go for aftermarket coils...but otherwise your best bet is to ring around all the local motor factors such as unipart, andrew page etc...even the dealer might be cheap. (be lucky for that like
)

It will be better to fit them in pairs. you could create another imbalance with the old and new one.

I always thought shock absorbers were like brakes and had to be changed in pairs IE: both sides. To keep everything balanced,working properly
