Hi,
I've just bought a 2003 307 rapier HDi 90bhp, 100 thousand on clock, quite cheap. Few things wrong with it, but I got to admit I quite like it. Haven't driven a diesel in a long time, forgot how noisy they are. TBH it frightened the life out of me reading some of the 307 threads. I keep expecting warning lights, bleeping noises and the engine to shake out of the bonnet every time it starts. Anyway, interesting forum, some very useful info here. ![]() Jon |

Hi, I'm new here too.
My 307 HDi has now done nigh on 210,000 and I'd drive it anywhere! They are great cars, I love mine to bits. Hope you enjoy it |

Do you think they're noisy? I thought the 307 was pretty quiet as diesels go. Well, once its warmed up anyway!
They are great though, I've just got back from a weekend in Wales and done 350 miles on half a tank.
