Expert van owner from Nottingham

Just thought I would register on here and say hello to one and all.
I have justbought a 1998 1.9D Expert Van which, although it needs a really good clean - ex-roofer's van - and has a few problems to sort out, new wing mirror needed, side door lock wont work andneed to deal with the paint, seems a nippy and capable little van. I have bought it to transport furniture to France and so it will have a relatively easy life with me. I would be very happy to gain knowledge from memebers on here as I know very little about these vehicles and my first questions are
Are there any reliable breakers out there and

Any ideas on how to free the side door lock which seems completely stuck?
