Windscreen washing problem

When I turn the stalk to activate the rear screen wash, the rear screen wiper goes, but the water comes out of the front jets, and when I turn on the windscreen wash, water comes out of the rear jets. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this? Thanks.

you need a new washer motor. It is blocked internally.
