why can i only do tiny posts

Everytime i try to post summat longer than a couple o lines it doesnt let me, nor does it let me post url's?

Anyone know why?

it does, but the posts will be moderated by us mods/admins first...i havnt been around for a while so i got a fair bit to sift through, if and when i get started
