Water leak - probably AirCon?

Just noticed a small leak coming from underneath the drivers seat of my Peugeot 407 underneath the car. I can't see anything leaking from the engine when I look under the bonnet and since I am parked on a slope with the car facing downhill I am assuming the leak is coming from the central area of the car.
I collected some in a glass and its completely clear water (not at all greasy or oily). Am I safe to assume this is just water from the air con?
