Voice Error on 2004 307 CC

Hi guys,

I drive a 307 CC, 2004 year model.

Recently, I get a voice prompt when I turn the ignition on or start the car.

My local language on the display unit is set to English but this voice is Dutch.

It says "Probleem met forbility" or something close to that, then goes away. I have had the vehicle at Peugeot and they ran the diagnostics and couldn't find anything related to the voice error, or any setting where they could change it to English so it is all pretty much a mystery.

There is no indication on the center display unit about this error, and no lights that come up to indicate what this error could be.

Any suggestions?
