could someone help, there is a leak under my 206 right under the bumber on the right side. looks like its slowly coming out of a pipe. any ideas what it is and what to do to fix it.

Radiator pipe ?
Is it oil ? water ? Fuel ? Give us something to go on

it is clear but isnt water has a wierd taste but no smell but feels like oil, if that makes any sense. seems to be coming from a pipe that goes in2 or out of radiator. shud i just tightin the metal tie?

Sounds like coolant for radiator , tighten clip and dry up all water, recheck after a while .

isnt the power steering fluid located in that area?
if what is suggested doesnt work try and collect some of the fluid in a plastic container.
