I do like the Michelin tyres.... really do hold the road well, but a tad expensive. Saying that though, I've still got the Pirelli's on the 407 it had when I bought it, done 17k miles in it and they still going well - lasting well and proven to be quite good at handling.
I did put a Firestone on when being serviced 12 months ago.... and at £120 its surprising its not on the top 10 at that price... obviously wasn't worth it.
