BROUGHT A USED 308SW EARLY JUNE GARAGE DID'NT HAVE SPARE KEY "WE WILL GET ONE" PLUS REAR WINDOW RUBBER GETS BENT UP WHEN SHUTTING WINDOW.
rUNG THEM UP ABOUT 8 TIMES, BEEN DOWN TO SHOWROOM TO SEE WHATS HAPPERNIG, SHOWED THEM THE WINDOW RUBBER "OH YES WE WILL DO THAT WHEN SPARE KEY COMES IN" I'M GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES ,LOVE CAR JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WHERE I CAN GO AND COMPLAIN. THE BLOKE I SHOWED THE RUBBER WAS THE SHOWROOM MANAGER. HELP |

Go see the MD or owner, failing that local Trading Standards Office may be of help

I wouldn't have accepted it with a key missing - who has it, where is it? SMMT rules are that members sell cars with all keys present, so complain to them.
However, keys were on back order for the 308. I had to wait 6 weeks when one of mine packed up.
