hi does anyone know if peugeot factory fitted tow bars are welded on or bolted on when car is new
im thinking of buying a 2006 207 hdi gt aand it has what loooks like a detacheble tow bar fitted but i dont want he tow bar so would want to remove it also the car has tyre pressure warning light lit and i suspect it has a faulty sensor on it have read about how much sensors are and could get my brother to fit it as he is a tyre fitter just need to know anyone in local area to myself who has peugeot planet independent mechanic im in essex brentwood area thanks |

You could remove the towbar, but if its like the one that was put on my 407, the rear cross member behind the bumper will then be missing.... this is taken off for the towbar to go in its place.... its the reason I haven't taken the towbar off

Leave the tow bar on, its your on board parking sensor
