spare wheel

Do peugs come with spare wheels as std ?

bought a 308 and noticed it had no spare wheel they said there now optional extras one cars so you get given an inflation kit and a peug air pump, but i have looked in the boot and theres signs that a wheel was in there, is there anyway of checking the vin to see if one was included with the car at all

That's a new one on me.
My step-dad just bought a new 308. It has a full size spare, he didn't mention it being an optional extra.
I would have thought you would have at least has a space saver spare.

What do you mean by 'inflation kit' is it a can of tyre-weld?

My dad bought a Citroen last year. It had space in the boot for a spare but came as standard with the inflation kit instead. He argued the point that if it was manufactured with a recess for a spare tyre to "bloody put one in there" and they did!

inflation kit is a bottle of tyre weld and a 12v peugeot tyre pump bloody daft

inflation kits can only be used for around 150 miles max and if the hole is larger then a nail there useless !

pushing for a spare now

Just took delivery of my 58 SE 308 .It has space saver spare , but during its new MOT they misplaced the Jack ...so they have ordered me a new one !!
