Default Sorry if I upset you BettyS!!

I will not pursue the matter regarding the Economy Mode thru this forum anymore and will go away.
I only ask one last question.
Because I am getting so many conflicting answers about turning it off, including a dealer in London who says it can't.

Can it or can it not?

Bye Bye

I am not a very technical person, so what exactly is Peugeot Planet and how is it used and can anyone do it?
When I initially took the car in, a service tech plugged a computer in and played around for 45 minutes and then said he couldn't turn it off.
What would he be doing wrong?

Peugeot Planet is a peice of computer equipment and software that enables you to hook into the car, diagnose faults, enable new features, calibrate peices of in car kit, keys, radios...anything peugeot really that uses a computer to control etc. aslong as your somewhat computer literate and kinda confident in your skills of using a mouse and being able to read. the hardest bit is the set up, but there are instructions that come with it for this.

i couldnt say where he is going wrong. more than likely he is looking in the wrong place...unfortunately i am at work and in a middle of a move so all my stuff is packed away...otherwise i would go out and check for you on one of my days off. maybe the other gurus could help you for this.

BettyS, I promise not to annoy you again.

Thanx cck2k9, but it sounds a little too complicated for a DUMB DUMB like me.
How do I hook into the car and I only have an apple on my desk.
Appreciate your help anyway.

when you buy (ebay sell these - may also be called lexia3 (citroen) ) the kit comes with all the connectors to do this, in simple it goes from usb to the connector that the garage connect into, to diag your car. you might have a problem if your using an apple computer, from what i am aware, you will need windows xp.
