Hey folks,
on an episode of road wars (i beleive) a guy was pulled over due to the police beleiving he was running on ribena (red). anyways on dipping his tank, it was black. he then claimed it was old engine oil mixed with a little bit of deisel to burn in the engine as fuel. now i know customs were interested in this sort of thing and you can get fines if caught...i know he was given a fine of around £1000. now what i want to know, can you really do this? wont this f*ck your engine senseless with all in the impurities in the old oil? i know you can burn cooking oil (after being used once) in a deisel, even as standard (apparently). but can only do so much and have balls of steel to attempt it, just in case. thanks in advance

Sounds very much like the bloke threw in some black dye to disguise the fact that he is a criminal.
Old engine oil - with modern high pressure injectors = scrap yard. |
