Default Remove a rounded 307 seat bolt

Trying to remove a rounded seat bolt from my 307. Its the driver side front seat bolt, one nearest centre console. Hardest one to get at out of all four.

Its a t40 torx, have tried hammering a t45 torx bit into but no luck. Grinder far to big to get in, as too is junior hacksaw.

Any ideas....

Maybe file down a line across it and use flat headed screwdriver?

Ive actually been thinking of getting a dremel, the 4000 model in particular. Will try a filing down a line tomorrow, will put some wd40 on now and hopefully it will be easier to get off using the flat head....

Either try a 12 point star bit, or drill the head off

Is the head protruding a bit? If so try grasping it with a needle nose vice grip. It worked when I rounded the torx holding the check strap to the bodywork.
