remote key programming

right ive seen on website that u can reprogramme a 2 blip key, but my problem is that i have only one key with my peugeot and i was going to purchase a uncut key off ebay and get it cut by an locksmiths then i would have a spare key. My question is Can you reprogramme the new key so it will work just the same as the old key or do i have to go to a dealer to get theses steps done and if there is not a cheaper way how much would a dealer charge ? thanks

Yes you can have the key programmed even timpsons should be able to cut and program key.
Need help to reprogram key to immobilser
