Hi all,
Just got my lexia 3 kit, and pp2000 disc. Couple of questions: I downloaded phil's pp software the other day which came out at around 8gb. The disc sent with the lexia is under 2gb. Is it the same software? How much ram is needed to run it successfully? I just tried installing from the supplied disc, and it died after about 3 minutes of install saying it could not be installed. It's a damn old laptop, think there is only 512mb ram in it. Just about to do a clean install of xp and see if that does the trick. Thanks for any help |

Nope.... PP is nowhere near 8gb - its less than 1gb
![]() Don't know what you downloaded there?? 512mb isn't a problem - the laptop I bought to run PP on only has 512mb ram, and had no problems with it. Mine has only got XP Pro, AutoData, PP and Lexia on it, so a clean XP install may help
