Quick one about private plate

just got my V570 threw to choose car to put it on if i go into local dvla office will i be able to put it on car same day ?

You ever known the DVLA to do anything "same day"??

I tried to get a simple spelling mistake on my licence sorted in the Glasgow office. Got my new licence in the post 6 weeks later with a different spelling mistake.
