Now then,
Had a quick search, found nowt, does anybody know where I can get the cheapest Reg plates, and if every site provide plates from the same pool? I want to get JAZZ, and the number 13 in somehow, and want it relatively cheap. Side Note - Does anybody reckon a silver A4 with limo black rear tints & legal limit fronts would look cool or not? Probably do the black wrap on rear lights and get black alloys too, if that gives any insight.

I did this for our boy at xmas cheapest I found was the official DVLA site. is Everyone else seemed to add a bit extra for themselves as you would.
Only thing is some places bulk buy the best plates or DVLA auction them.

I suppose on a college day when I wear my baggy hoody and beanie hat (in a non-kidulthood style way) I could look like a drug dealer (rather than a lazy lad who wakes up late Mondays, forgets to shave and wears his comf's to college due to the discomfort of shirt n tie every other day!).
But that's just singling people out, in fact it is discrimination to us Audistani's if I'm honest. I won't stand for it, I just wont! Meh, if a personal reg is cheap enough I'll have it. And some of these sites say Z is perfectly acceptable mate.

As prev mentioned, DVLA will be the cheapest as their prices will include the transfer fee.
Sometime you see other websites advertising the same plates and charging more + the transfer fee! The one good thing about some independant websites is if the DVLA have already issued that marque (mark?!) you may find the plates on these. I have a plate for sale, not in any way similar to what your after, but it is dateless, unique and quite rare: 4650 UA Yours for a very reasonable £650 (includes transfer fee) |

All plates ultimately originate from the DVLA, except some very olde ones that've gone from car to car. i've always found them cheapest by quite a margin. £400 for K155 *** for the wife was a bargain.
